PREREQUISITES & IS THIS FOR YOU?

We recommend that you can hold a 30 sec handstand facing the wall (without balance and without dying), balance freestanding for about 10 sec, and that you have practiced handstands on a regular basis to be able to get the most out of the workshop.

Day 1 will be the most basic one and Day 2 will be more advanced. If you are on the “lower end” of the prerequisites you join just Day 1. If you're having an easy time balancing in straight you can join just Day 2.

FORMAT

  • When you buy a ticket you will get a confirmation email and a seperate email with the Zoom link on the day of the workshop

  • Since we are now one year into a freakin' pandemic we recon most people are familiar with Zoom at this point, but please be ready a few minutes before we start. We love you, but will leave you behind if you are late

  • Rig up so we can see you well. Preferably from the side for both freestanding exercises and exercises with a wall. The better your camera is rigged, the easier it will be to give you good feedback

  • The warm-up will be structured as a follow-along. The rest will be us showing and explaining, after which you'll get feeback while doing it yourself. Plus, we will answer specific questions about the drills. Towards the end there will be a summary and practice recommendations before we have a Q&A

  • After the workshop weekend you will receive a document with a written summary and a recording of the workshop
