Accommodation
Our venue is a big, rustic house in the Alps of Vorarlberg, Austria.
It's located in beautiful Thüringerberg, from which we can take plenty of hikes and excursions. Some of the options are...
... easy walks through a canyon, or challenging hikes to a mountain top and everything in between
... swimming at one of the many lakes
... doing a Handstand in two countries at the same time! Your choice of Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Obviously we would make that a professional photoshoot :)
Gym Area
The big training space is accessible throughout the entire stay and can be used outside of our scheduled classes.
If you are one of those people who want to max out on your training capacity, you can go crazy and add on as many training hours as you want! Maybe you'll find some people to join you too :).
Community Room
There is plenty of room throughout the entire house for both, extroverts and introverts.
Choose if you want to hangout in one of the big spaces with the group, or retreat into one of the nooks & crannies for some down-time or in-depth private conversations.

3 different categories, all with shared bathrooms. Prices are per person and per bed for the entire retreat, including taxes.
Single Bed

The house has 3 single rooms, all located on the highest floor. If you want privacy, this is the place to be.
Two Single Beds
1,699 €
per Person
There are 2 two bed rooms which are also located on the highest floor of our venue. This option is perfect for you if you want to come with a friend or partner. (The beds can be moved to be next to each other if you want.)
Five Beds
1,399 €
per Person
Our "economy class" for everyone that's not shy of company! This category offers 3 single beds and 1 king size bed for two.

Chicca
Our amazing member and professional chef Chicca will be flying in from Italy to cook for and/or with us! She will be the one organizing and preparing our meals. The dinners can be turned into a community activity a la "Cooking with Chicca" for those of you who enjoy cooking!
Regarding the menu itself: There'll be food for everyone, we plan it around the people. You are a vegeterian? Or vegan? Wait, you want some Prosciutto too? No worries, we got you covered :D

FAQ
What is included?
Pretty much everything!
Transportation from and to the train station in Feldkirch, meals, all excursions, the guided handstand & flexibility classes and yes - even the WiFi.
The only things you need to take care of yourself are the flights, the train ticket from Zurich Airport to Feldkirch (the train ride is aprox. 2 hours) and the souvenirs you want to take back home.
What about taxes?
No worries, our prices are all inclusive. No hidden fees.
How many spots are there in total?
We will be 14 people in total.
How do I sign up?
Simply send us an email with your desired room category and the amount of beds/spots you want to book.
We will then send you an invoice for a down payment, which will be 50% of the full price. You will receive another invoice once the second half of the payment is due, about 4 months before the retreat starts.
Your spot is secured as soon as we receive your down payment.
How's the food?
Thanks to our chef Chicca, we can arrange the meal plan to your special needs. Once you've booked your spot, we will collect information about your food preferences.
What is the Long and Awesome Hike?
That hike is a 2-4h long trail at roughly 2,000m (6,500ft) altitude around a lake in the alps. It won't be insanely hard, just insanely beautiful - if the weather is kind to us of course.
Please (!) bring proper hiking boots for this hike. Flip Flops or Sandals won't make you happy - trust us, we tried.
Transportation
We will have your transportation covered (including from and to the train station in Feldkirch). However, if you want to take some excursions on your own instead of with the group, you are free to look for car rentals (not included).
